Selected placeholder text like "bolded text" or "list item" is no longer added.

I usually press ctrl-i to italic and ctrl-b to bold, for example. I agree it'd be nice if there was quote blocks. Just my two cents, though. In both of my recent posts I had quote blocks. "line item" link adds the text "line item" to the text.
